This Privacy Policy explains how HomeBites ("the App") collects, uses, and protects information when you use it to browse a home supplier's menu, place an order, or manage a supplier account. The App is built and hosted on the AnyApps.in platform.

2. Information We Collect

We collect only the information needed to take and fulfill an order:

• Name, Phone Number, Delivery Address, and Google Maps Link — provided by customers to place and deliver an order.
• Order History — items ordered, quantities, and billing amounts.
• Supplier Account Information — business name, email, phone number, and UPI payment ID, for supplier accounts.

3. Cross-Supplier Phone Lookup

To save you re-entering your delivery details every time, your name, address, and Google Maps link are saved against your phone number and recognized automatically the next time you order — from any supplier on HomeBites, not just the one you first ordered from. This lookup is not verified by OTP or any other confirmation step; it works simply by matching the phone number you type in. Please be mindful of this if you share a phone number with others.

4. How We Use Your Information

Information collected is used strictly for:

• Processing and delivering orders.
• Generating bills and order records.
• Supplier account management (login and approval).
• Operational notifications related to account approval and order handling.

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. Data is only shared with the service providers strictly necessary to run the App (such as our database and authentication provider), solely to operate the service described above. A customer's name, phone number, and delivery details are visible to the specific supplier they place an order with.

6. Data Storage & Security

Order and account data is stored securely using industry-standard hosted infrastructure. Each supplier can only access their own menu and their own customers' orders.

7. Data Retention

Order history and account data are retained for as long as needed for order processing, billing records, and legitimate business/accounting purposes, unless you request earlier deletion as described below.

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting us using the details below.
